I have been licensed by the State of California since 1992 (DRE #01147020), and fully certified as a Mortgage Loan Originator by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS #290058) to provide real estate financing for residential and commercial properties. I view the financing of real property not as a single, isolated transaction, but as an integral part of a total financial plan. By necessity, this means going beyond just finding the lowest possible rates and most competitive loan programs available. Consequently, I am dedicated to spending the time necessary to determine my clients’ needs and goals and then provide the financing options to meet those goals. As a Mortgage Banker, I am able to provide the financing directly and personally oversee the process from loan origination, to underwriting to funding. However, I also have the ability to broker loans to other major financial institutions and wholesale lenders for those loans that are a bit ‘outside the box’. This ability to provide both direct banking and broker options allows me to better meet the needs of my clients.

Financing a property can be stressful and confusing. That’s why my number one pledge to my clients is to provide a stress-free and worry-free experience, as together we determine what is in the best interests of the client. That means not only identifying the optimum lender for the transaction, but also overseeing the entire process from initial discussions to final closing. In some cases, NOT doing a loan may be the wisest decision, and, if that’s the case, that’s what I will recommend. My extensive personal business background, MBA, and years of financial experience provide me with the expertise, competence and professionalism required to fulfill this commitment. This peace of mind will allow clients and all referrals, whether for residential or commercial projects, to become “clients for life”.
